
- 400 gr plain yogurt (no flavor)
- 100g dried fruit (I used 75 gr raisins 25 gr dried figs)
- 50-100 gr oatmeal
- milk
- 1 pinch ground cinnamon knife (optional)
Preparation:
Heat some milk and pour over enough to cover dried fruit. Let sit at least 15 minutes.
Remove dried fruit, milk and place in a 800 ml jar. Add the 3-4 tablespoons of milk that have been soaked. Vertical blender blend until a paste.
Add the yogurt and cinnamon over fruit puree and mix well, about 1 minute.
In the remaining milk left in place dried fruit oatmeal 30 minutes. If necessary add more milk, it should cover perfect oatmeal.
When the oatmeal has absorbed all the milk is added to the yogurt mixture and mix well.
It can be consumed immediately or close jar with lid and store in the refrigerator.
