Fins with corn flakes

             Ingredients:


  • chicken wings
  • 1-2 carrots
  • 1 parsley root
  • 1/2 celery
  • 1 small onion
  • salt and pepper
  • cornflakes
  • lay
  • flour
  • salt and white pepper
  •  frying oil

              Preparation:

Fins are put in cold water to boil with salt. Add the vegetables and simmer. It adds salt to taste. When wings are cooked pull them apart, let them cool a little and we season with salt and pepper.
