
- 1 bottle of red wine
- 4 cinnamon sticks
- few pieces of orange peel (without the white)
- 4 tablespoons sugar
- 2 pieces of cardamom
- 5 whole cloves
- 30-40 ml of brandy
Method:
Mix all ingredients in a large pot. Put the heat to the lowest level, do not allow the wine to boil. It is ready when sugar has dissolved when off steam. Before serving strain the wine
