Frappé with brandy

                     INGREDIENTS:



  • 400 ml coffee
  • 4 tablespoons sugar
  • 4 tablespoons brandy
  • 200 ml of milk
  • 8 tablespoons vanilla ice cream
  • whipped cream for garnish

                       Preparation:

    Place in a shaker coffee, sugar and milk, then stir well to get a foam.
The obtained composition was poured into tall glasses, followed by addition of ice and brandy.   Above composition put a layer of cream of two fingers.
