Trout with cream sauce

Lovers of fish dishes I recommend a good and nutritious lunch:

Ingredients:


- 2 trout;
- 400 grams of cream for cooking;
- 1 onion;
- 1 bunch dill;
- 1 tablespoon oil;
- Tarragon;
- Salt and pepper.

Preparation:

The trout are cleaned, cut head and tail and cut it in half. Heat oil in a pan and fry 1 chopped onion. Add cream, tarragon, half finely chopped dill, salt and pepper to taste. We leave the heat until the sauce thickens slightly.
Pisces keep 10 minutes on the grill or in a  pan with 1 tablespoon oil. Place the fish on the plate, then cream sauce, sprinkle over the remaining dill and serve with a garnish.
