Shanghai chicken


      Ingredients:

- 2 pieces of chicken breast
- 3 eggs (or 2 if large)
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons of mustard
- Salt and pepper
- starch
- oil for frying
- dill
- susan

      Preparation:

Wash the chicken well and it would cut into long strips or pieces, if you plan to eat with chopsticks. Beat eggs with soy sauce, chopped dill, salt and pepper, mustard and 3 tablespoons of starch. You must have a paste consistency (like cream).
