Trout baked with spicy sauce

Trout flavor blends with the spicy sauce and you get the perfect menu for a delicious dinner!

Ingredients:


  • olive oil - 6 tablespoons
  • white wine - 300 ml
  • parsley - 1 bunch
  • pepper - 2 pieces
  • trout - 4 pieces
  • tomato - 6 pieces
  • tomato paste - 6 tablespoons
  • Lemon - 6 slices
  • chilli
  • pepper


preparation:

- Wash the fish well, then clean the inside of the intestines and black leather then sprinkle well with salt and leave in a deep dish, 20 minutes.

- Wash the tomatoes, cut into medium slices and place in an oven tray, previously well greased with olive oil.

Serve hot on a bed of potatoes.
