Fish Chinese Style

Ingredients:


  • dried garlic - 2 cloves
  • bell pepper - 1 piece
  • olive oil - 2 tbsp
  • trout - 2 pieces
  • celery - 100 g
  • soy sauce
  • salt
  • green pepper
  • Chinese mixed vegetables - 1 Bag


preparation:

- Wash the fish well and then fill with lemon slices after with salt and pepper.

- Put in olive oil to cook celery, green pepper and frozen vegetables until slightly crisp become

- Put half the mixture into a square pan, then fish and finally the other half of vegetables with minced garlic slices.

- Put in oven for 45 minutes, then remove to a platter and pour soy sauce.


It can be used over the whole or file, in the latter case is putting lemon over the net.
