Spaghetti with minced meat in tomato sauce

            INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 kg minced pork
  • 500 g spaghetti with egg
  • 10 matching red
  • 50 g butter
  • 1 green chilli
  • 2 large white onions
  • 1 sweet red peppers
  • 1 head of garlic
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2-3 fresh basil leaflet
  • a bunch of fresh herbs: I used parsley
  • spices to taste:salt, basil, chili powder, oregano

Spaghetti with minced meat in tomato sauce


                 
    PREPARATION:

Tocam onions, bell peppers on the pepper and garlic and put them to cook in the three tablespoons of olive oil. When they become translucent, add the minced meat and let it penetrate well, stirring occasionally. Meanwhile we grated tomatoes and add to the pan, spicing it to taste. Let it boil on medium heat, enough to drop tomato juice and give it the desired consistency.
Easter put them in boiling water with a pinch of salt. When they are ready, they go through a cold water and let them drain well. Add butter, mix them easily and put them "nests" on a platter / plate. Put meat over pasta in tomato sauce and sprinkle over chopped greens
