Spaghetti Carbonara |
- 400g spaghetti
- 1 roll or parmesan cheese
- 4 pcs egg
- 4 slices smoked ham or muscle
- 2 cloves garlic
- salt
- pepper
- oregano
- oil
PREPARATION:
Boil spaghetti, drain well water but not to rinse with cold water.
In a pan put the chopped ham with a few tablespoons of olive oil and garlic. Allow 5 minutes to carriage on fire.
Beat the eggs, put one half of the cheese over the eggs and mix well. The composition of this set over very hot spaghetti (immediately after draining the water). Stir continuously for 2-3 minutes. The eggs are white and the cheese will melt in contact with hot spaghetti.
Place remaining cheese, bacon from the pan upside down with garlic and olive oil, put spices to taste and mix.
Serve warm.
