Greek fish

              INGREDIENTS:



  • 1 kg fish
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • 1 piece Lemon
  • oil
  • salt


              PREPARATION:

     Clean and wash the fish well, remove the head, cut into thick slices about 4cm, add salt and leave to cool for half an hour. Fish dishes are given in flour and fry in hot oil. Remaining oil leak in a bowl, squeeze over it the juice from a lemon, place the chopped parsley, mix well and put fish in a bowl so as to cover it.

     Serve after a few hours.
