Chicken and vegetable skewers

We present a recipe with chicken skewers and vegetables, prepared very quickly and it is tasty and nutritious:

   

         Ingredients:

  • 1 chicken breast
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1-2 tomatoes
  • rosemary sticks
  • juice from 1/2lamaie
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • salt, pepper, thyme, paprika


          Preparation:

Breast boneless, skinless, washed, dried, cut into cubes, place in a bowl, add salt, pepper, thyme, cayenne (all to taste), lemon juice, olive oil, mix flavors to come in meat and let 30min. Wash vegetables ,  cut into large pieces, then dial skewers sandwiching the meat with vegetable sticks, the Teflon well heated grill, place skewers, holding 4-5min then returning them serve hot.
