Ingredients:
1 small celery
1 lemon juice
1 bunch of chives, finely chopped
7 tablespoons mayonnaise
3 tablespoons mustard seeds
15 slices of prosciutto or other ham dry
Method:
Use a large knife to cut the ends of celery and clean it completely. Slice it into thin rods, which puts them in a bowl. Mix them well with lemon juice and chives. Add mayonnaise and mustard, and seasoning. You can prepare celery to 1 day before and store in the refrigerator.
Lay one slice of ham and celery mixture sit over it, at one end, using a spoon. Powered closely and with a sharp knife, cut the roll in half. To serve, place the rolls cut to the inside plate.
