- 1 cup apple race;
- 1 cup sugar;
- 1/2 sachet baking powder;
- Some chopped nuts;
- 1 cup flour;
- 1/2 cup oil;
- Cinnamon;
- 1 sachet vanilla sugar.
Glaze:
- 200 g sugar;
- 200 ml milk;
- 1 tablespoon glucose;
- 1 rum or vanilla.
Preparare:
Mix apples with sugar, cinnamon, sugar, vanilla, flour and baking powder. Place and oil and mix until smooth. In the end we and ground nuts. Put mixture into a baking paper lined tray and leave in the oven for 25-30 minutes. Set aside to cool while they prepare the frosting.
Milk is on fire and it melts the sugar, stirring constantly. When the sugar is melted add glucose and essence. Glaze is ready when it becomes thicker. Pour hot glaze over cake and wait until it cools down.
