Ingredients:
- 20 pcs mushrooms Champinion
- 20 slices bacon Kaiser
- 50 g cheese
- 20 g salted butter
- dill
- rice oil
- salt
- pepper
Method:
- For the filling: Remove the mushroom stems and cut. Place in a pan to cook the butter with chopped stems, dill, salt and pepper. Allow to cook until the cut stems are soft and shiny.
- Fill each mushroom with the above composition, topped it with a slice of ham.
- Stuffed mushrooms are put in a greased rice oil above add salt, pepper and very little water.
- Insert tray in hot oven at 180 degrees, allow 8-10 minutes until bacon is brass.
- Add grated cheese above mushroom and insert 5 minutes until cheese melts.
