Roast turkey

               Ingredients:

• 8 potatoes
• 1 head of garlic
• 4 tablespoons olive oil
• 2 turkey drumsticks
• 200 ml water
• salt
• pepper
• thyme

                  Method:

Peel and wash the potatoes medium sized 8-10. Peel one head of garlic.
  In a thick-bottomed pan is toarna4 tablespoons of olive oil, put 2 turkey drumsticks (cut in half), add 200ml water, salt, pepper, thyme and garlic potatoes +. Cover it with a lid and put the pan in the oven at 190 degrees. Allow the oven 60-90 minutes.
