
- 200 gr rice;

- 800 ml milk;
- One vanilla.
Cherry sauce:
- 500 gr sour cherries;
- 1 sachet vanilla sugar;
- 30 ml cherry (cherry based alcoholic drink);
- 2 tablespoons sugar;
- 1 cup water;
- 1 tablespoon starch.
Preparation:
Boil milk with sugar, and it begins to boil add the rice. Stir often and keep the heat 15-20 minutes until rice is cooked. Prior to extinguish the fire and add vanilla. While it is still hot, put in 4-6 cups rice is high, as it will serve preparation.
