Caisata (beverage of apricot)

Ingredients:

- 2.5 kg apricots;
- 20 apricot seed kernel;
- 500 ml double refined alcohol of 90 degrees;
- 1.5 kg sugar;
- 2 liters homemade plum brandy.

preparation:

Apricots rinse and let dry, then unfold in two, they remove pits and put them in a 5 liter. Put sugar fruit kernels and put the lid. Every day for 5 days, shake the bottle until the sugar melts completely. Add the plum brandy and alcohol and let it soak for 7 days.
Drink filter and stored in glass bottles. Drinks are served cold.
