Quince Liqueur |
- 1 kg quince
- 1 liter water
- 1 liter of alcohol (90 degrees)
- 1 kg sugar
- cinnamon
- cloves
- 4 sachets vanilla sugar
PREPARATION:
Wash thoroughly ripe quinces, cut pieces and boil in water until soft. Drain water and boil it for 10 minutes, cinnamon and cloves.
The broth was filtered through cheesecloth, and the liquid drained is cooled, mixed with the alcohol, adding sugar and vanilla.
Place the bottle, stopper tightly and can be consumed after 4 weeks.
