Chocolate tart

Chocolate tart
                 Ingredients:

- 100 g butter;
- 2 eggs;
- 200 gr flour;
- 1 orange essence;
- 5 tablespoons sugar;
- 1/2 sachet of baking powder;
- Orange peel - 1 orange;
- 3 tablespoons walnuts.

                      Filling:

- 500 ml milk;
- 3 tablespoons sugar;
- 100 g dark chocolate;
- 2-3 tablespoons flour;
- 1 tablespoon cocoa.

       Mix flour with sugar, nuts, baking powder, cold butter and eggs, one at a time. At the end add the essence and orange peel. Place the dough in cling film and thus obtained are given in firigider time of 1 hour. Dough stretches into a tart shell and bake for 15-20 minutes, until it turns a golden color.
       Meanwhile prepare the filling: Mix the flour with the sugar, cocoa and less milk. The remaining milk boil and when boiled put the flour mixture, stirring well until thickened. Stop the fire and put chocolate broken into pieces smaller. Stir until it has melted completely. Allow to cool, then pour over the tart dough and place in the refrigerator for 2 hours. 
       Serve cold.
