PUMPKIN WITH CHEESE

                Ingredients : 

  • 1 medium pumpkin, 
  • salt and pepper to taste, 
  •  a few drops of oil.

                     Filling: 

  • sheep cheese 50 gr, 
  • 100 gr cheese,
  •  1 teaspoon of sour cream, 
  • 20 ml oil, fresh thyme 
  • 2-wire and pepper.

               Preparation:

In a blender put: diced sheep cheese, cottage cheese, sour cream, oil, pepper to taste. The mix until a homogeneous paste. The composition obtained is out in a bowl and mix with chopped thyme.
Pumpkins cut them into thin slices lengthwise. Place slices on a baking sheet, brush with oil and sprinkle with pepper and salt.
Place on hot grill and keep about 2 minutes on both sides. When zucchini have cooled completely, put on each slice of zucchini a teaspoon of filling and run the.
