- raspberry ice cream,
- chocolate ice cream,
- vanilla ice cream,
- chocolate sauce (20 g cocoa 100 g butter, 60 g sugar, rum),
- whipped cream,
- fresh raspberries,
- mint leaves.
Preparation:
In a saucepan put the above ingredients and mix well.
Put the pan on the fire, stirring until butter is completely melted and the sauce begins to boil. Mix about 2-3 minutes then take off the heat and let it cool.
When completely cool add rum and mix.
Every cup raspberries plus ice cream, chocolate ice cream, vanilla ice cream, decorate with whipped cream, raspberry sauce and chocolate galore.
Garnish with fresh mint.
