Pumpkin ball


     Ingredients:

- 2 small pumpkins  ;
- Bread crumbs;
- 2 teaspoons paprika;
- 2 cloves garlic;
- 2 eggs;
- 3 slices bread;
- Parsley;
- Oil;
- Salt and pepper.

      Preparation:

    Peel squash and seed then Grate. Place 1 teaspoon of salt over and leave for 15 minutes for the zucchini will leave water. Squash squeeze excess water, then mix with remaining ingredients. Do not put too much bread crumbs, just enough to be slightly congealed mixture.
Heat oil in pan and fry the meatballs for a few minutes, until crisp.
    Serve as an appetizer.
