Pork with Mashed Potatoes |
For the meat :
-1 Kg pork ,cut into pieces
-2-3 Peppers , different colors, sliced
-4 Cloves of garlic
-3 Tablespoons olive oil
- juice of ½ lemon
-1 ½ lemon cut in round slices , optional
½ -1 teaspoon salt
-1 Tablespoon whole grain pepper
-200 Ml white wine
- pepper
For the mashed potatoes :
-1.5 Kg potato flour
-150 gr. butter fat, less than 80 % fat
- fat milk
-150g fresh cow cheese , well drained, at room temperature
-200 Ml heavy cream , at room temperature
-3 To 5 cloves garlic, depending on size and taste
-1 / 2 now fresh dill
-3 Tablespoons oil
-1 Tablespoon vegetable from home
- cheese
- Salt to taste
Preparation:
For the mashed potatoes :
Put the cooked potatoes , peeled and diced 2 tablespoons oil with milk ½ + ½ water.
Drain , but keep the liquid , add the butter pieces and mash . Put the warm milk gradually stopped the homogenised each time until you get the desired consistency .
Embedded sour cream, cottage cheese , vegetable , chopped dill and garlic , crushed and rubbed well with remaining oil .
Season with salt and pepper to taste and beat well until the mixture becomes frothy .
Pour into a buttered baking dish , sprinkle with grated cheese and shoved in a hot oven for about 15-20 minutes on medium heat or until the cheese is melted and catch over a nice golden crust .
For the meat :
Crush garlic and rub it with salt and 1 tablespoon of oil until it becomes a creamy paste . Embedded peppercorns and transfer to a large bowl . Separately, beat the little bits of meat with meat mallet and put them in the bowl with the garlic paste . Mix well so that the meat is coated on all sides .
Cover and remove from cold for 2-4 hours. Heat remaining oil , add the meat and let marinade with all the brown , a few minutes on each side over high heat , stirring constantly . Remove meat and add pepper to skillet , sauté 2-5 minutes or until it is half done . Return the meat , add the wine and let simmer 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Transfer the entire contents on a serving platter that you previously put mashed potatoes and squeeze over the lemon ½ . Cut remaining lemon into thin slices , round and decorate the shelf edge optional .
Serve as hot.
