Fried pork liver

Is prepared in 20 to 30 minutes.

Ingredients:

- 1/2 kg Liver of pork
- pepper
- salt
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 2 tablespoons butter (fat)
- milk

Preparation:

    Pork liver to be fried should not be washed. He is held for 15 min in milk, enough to cover it, then dry thoroughly with a towel absorbent.
   Cut into pieces of the same thickness for fried to make once. Sprinkle with pepper and pass through the flour, then fry in hot fat better, each 5-10 minutes on each side. Is back with a paddle. Fried liver loses its taste too. As you are more on fire, it gets harder and less tasty.
Season with salt at the end, or the best, when spent.
    Serve immediately on heated platter or plate, plain or garnish of vegetables, rice, potatoes, etc..
