- 4 pieces pork bellies
- 500 g fungus
- 1 onion
- oil
- salt and pepper
- 500 g potato
For the sauce:
- 1 tablespoon margarine
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 50 ml wine
- 100 ml water
- thyme savory taste
Preparation:
Slice the onion into small pieces and sauté in 2 tablespoons oil. Slice the mushrooms and cook onion. Allow them to cook and about 10 minutes, season to taste
Bellies season with salt and pepper and place on the grill to fry.
Gratings are kept warm on the grill or in a dish and cover.
It makes wine sauce ... mix flour and water and boil. Add the tablespoon of margarine and cook until thickened. Season with salt and thyme.
It can be sliced and fried potatoes.
Serve warm , place a belly of pork in each plate, place mushrooms and topped it with sauce ... + fried potatoes.
