- 275 gr flour;
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon;
- 100 g butter;
- Pinch of salt;
- 150 ml yogurt;
- 2-3 tablespoons milk;
- 1/2 sachet baking powder;
- 220 g sugar;
- 3 eggs;
- 2 carrots;
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
Preparation:
Melt the butter and let it cool. Mix in a bowl the eggs, salt, yogurt, butter and 200 g sugar. Mix flour with cinnamon, baking powder and add to egg mixture over. Mixing until smooth and then add the vanilla extract and grated carrots give. If the dough is too hard add milk. The dough should have the consistency of butter cream.
Prepare muffin forms: either put baskets of special paper or brush with butter and coat with flour. Place dough in each muffin form, but not as a form filler growing. At the end sprinkle a little sugar on top. Stuffing tray in preheated oven at 180 degrees C and bake them for 20-25 minutes. Allow to cool before serving.
