Chicken breast with mushrooms and white sauce

              Simple recipe, tasty and nutritious please all family members.

Ingredients:

• butter - 1 teaspoon
• white onion - 1 piece
• chicken breast - 4 pieces
• cream - 400 g
• wheat flour - 1 tablespoon
• mustard - 2 tsp
• olive oil

preparation:

   Boil chicken in water in which I added a little chicken Maggi. Place in hot olive oil, add onion, mushrooms, a little water and let it simmer to boil.

   Then set aside to cool and add longer than they sour cream, flour, mustard, Maggi chicken, mix well.

In a greased with butter or oil put the chicken then pour the sauce over it. Put in the oven for 20 minutes

After you have taken a cold pan and sprinkle a little parsley.
