pepper stuffed with pork |
- 5 pcs fleshy peppers
- 5 pcs red
- 300g minced pork
- 1/2 cup rice
- 3-4 cloves of garlic
- 1 onion
- 1 cup vegetable broth
- 1 diced butter
- 1 bunch parsley small
- salt
- pepper
- oil
Preparation:
Cook minced pork mixed with garlic with a little oil in a Teflon pan.
Tomatoes scalding and clean skin. If you are held for 3-4 minutes in boiling water and then are put in a bowl with ice cold water easily cleans skin.
Parboiling rice is washed well and leave to drain.
Finely chop onion and some parsley. Cut a pepper and diced 2 tomatoes. Chopped vegetables mixed with meat and rice cooked and drained salt and pepper fit. Peppers cut into long and seeded, then scalding hot water.
Stuff the peppers with the prepared stuffing, place in pan or in a baking dish. Above each put a piece of butter. Among other sits peppers tomatoes cut into quarters.
Pour into soup bowl, sprinkle remaining chopped herbs and bake in a covered pot for 35-45 min.
