Chicken liver

Ingredients:

-1 kg chicken livers, cleaned and     washed
-6 Tablespoons soy sauce
-5 Tablespoons wine vinegar
-2 Leaf bay leaves
-12 Cloves of garlic
-pepper, freshly ground
-3 Tablespoons olive oil

Preparation:

Mix in a bowl the highest soy sauce, vinegar, ground pepper, and bay leaves 4 cloves garlic, sliced ​​thin.
Add marinaded chicken livers, turn them well, taking care to be covered completely with sauce.
Let the covered bowl in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, but the best, from evening till morning.
Saute remaining garlic, sliced​​, in hot oil, just enough to let the flavor of your marinade and add the chicken livers with everything.
Bring to boiling point, cover and simmer 15 minutes to quell, stirring occasionally.
Take cover and leave on high heat to brown the chicken livers.

Serve them warm with rice or potatoes (fries), near a seasonal salad and pickle.
