Food Olive with pig tongue |
1 piece of pig tongue
300g olive
3 pcs onion
1 bay leaf
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 teaspoon sugar
oil
tomato paste
salt
pepper
PREPARATION:
Pig tongue it boil, to clean the outside and cut into thin slices.
Grind onion peel and (possibly the robot) and cook with a little oil until it becomes the bottle. Add pork, bay leaf, tomato paste, vinegar, sugar and 2 cups water. Let boil for a quarter of an hour.
Place olives in boiling water and leave 5 minutes. Add the olives in food, with salt and pepper and leave for 20 minutes. When ready, remove the bay leaf.
