Preparation:
Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Arrange pears standing in a tray. If you are not, cut the end bit of pears.
In a bowl mix the honey wine. Pour over pears. Add cinnamon sticks, bay leaves and orange zest.
Put them in the oven for an hour. From 10 to 10 minutes anoint the stand pears with juice in pan. When ready, transfer the pears on a platter. Pour the juice that has been baked in a pan. Cook until clotting for 10-15 minutes.
Pour sauce over pears and garnish with cinnamon sticks.
