BAKED APPLES WITH jam and hazelnuts

                         Ingredients:
 
  •  three red apples suitable size
  •  plum jam,
  •  cinnamon,
  •  hazelnut.

                              Method:

Apples are washed, carefully remove the spine and seeds.
Inside with powdered cinnamon, add 1 teaspoon of jam, hazelnut again 1 teaspoon jam and hazelnut.
Apples are put in a pan sprayed with water, about 30 ml and enter the oven about 20 minutes at medium heat.
When the apples are ready, remove from oven and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Quick and healthy dessert!
