Hot chocolate with whipped cream

Yami yami .... if you love hot chocolate  did not hesitate to use this recipe.

        Ingredients:

        - 500 ml milk;
        - 50 g sugar;
        - 1 egg yolk;
        - 2 tablespoons cocoa;
        - 1 sachet vanilla sugar;
        - cream;
        - chocolate topping;
        - little grated chocolate or cinnamon.

         Preparation :

Boil the milk and leave it to simmer. Beat yolks with sugar, sifted cocoa and vanilla sugar. Then add a little milk on the fire, stirring constantly. Put the hot chocolate into cups, garnish with whipped cream with chocolate topping and some grated chocolate (or cinnamon) on top. Serve warm.
