Fruit Cocktail

Considering that it is summer fruit season is in full swing, so we are on hand to prepare a fresh fruit cocktail. The result of this recipe is flavorful, natural and contains no sugar.

        Ingredients :

  • 2 cups of apple juice
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp grated lemon or orange
  • 2-3 sticks of cumin
  • 2 red apples, sweet chopped and grated
  • 1 1/2 cups pineapple drained
  • 1 orange, peeled and chopped
  • 1/2 cups peeled grape seed

         Method:

In a small saucepan, combine apple juice, lemon juice, lemon or orange sticks race and cumin. Preheat preparation stirring it for 10 minutes. Let it cool to room temperature and then add grated apples, pineapple juice, portacala off and grapes. Remove sticks cumin and stir thoroughly. Allow the refrigerator 2 hours before you serve
