Coffee liqueur

Those who like to consume liquor will write a coffee liqueur recipe I made at home and is very delicious.

         Ingredients:


       - 250g fresh coffee beans;
       - 500 g sugar;
       - 1 l alcohol.

         Preparation :


In a large bowl or a glass coffee beans over which we pour alcohol and sealed. Let soak for 12 days, during which daily agitating bottle. Place sugar in 500 ml water to a boil and let the fire until it becomes a fairly thick syrup. Strain through a cheesecloth alcohol and adds over syrup. We liqueur in bottles and close tightly. We leave two days, then serve.
