Fish gratin |
- 1 kg Fish
- Cheese
- 1 cup milk
- 50 g butter
- 1 tablespoon flour
- salt
- pepper
PREPARATION:
Peel, wash and boil the fish, then let cool and remove bones and place on a tray lined with oil well.
