INGREDIENTS:


  • 1 kg Fish
  • Cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • 50 g butter
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • salt
  • pepper


PREPARATION:

Peel, wash and boil the fish, then let cool and remove bones and place on a tray lined with oil well.
