Ingredients:

- a cup of milk or fat yogurt
- a teaspoon of cocoa or 25 grams chocolate
- 70% cocoa,
- two tablespoons of cereal soluble.

It follows two glasses of smoothie.
Preparation:

PS: A smoothie is a true cereal breakfast. You can give kids something in the morning, especially those who refuse milk or cereals.
