Drink with cocoa and banana

Another drink that serve 2-3 times per week. It is a source of energy for a full day, a wonderful combination that can be served hot or cold.

           Ingredients:

  • the yolk of an egg
  • a banana, 
  • two tablespoons of honey
  •  a cup of milk or fat yogurt
  •  a teaspoon of cocoa or 25 grams chocolate
  • 70% cocoa,
  •  two tablespoons of cereal soluble.


 It follows two glasses of smoothie.

           Preparation:

- Put in blender milk (cold or warm), egg yolks and honey. Mix.
- Add cocoa (or melted chocolate in the microwave) and banana (food). Mix 15 seconds.
- Add grain soluble (you can find the district for children in supermarket - choose cereals without sugar, grains). Serve.

PS: A smoothie is a true cereal breakfast. You can give kids something in the morning, especially those who refuse milk or cereals.
