Peas with chicken |
- 1kg chicken
- 1kg peas
- 2 pcs onion
- 1 bunch dill
- 2 tomatoes
- oil
- salt
- pepper
- red paprika
PREPARATION:
Drained and finely chop onions. Place in a pot of hot oil and fry until they become glassy. Add the chicken and put the lid partitioned. Turn the chicken 2-3 minutes, allow to brown slightly, add the peas and 2 cups of hot water and let it boil. When meat and peas are cooked, add the chopped tomatoes (possibly the robot) or 2 tablespoons of tomato paste. Simmer 5-10 minutes, put salt and pepper to taste and add the chopped dill. Remove from the heat, leaving the lid. Taste can put a half teaspoon of red pepper.
