Eggs with greenery sauce

Aroma of greenery and cheese gives a great taste of the menu ....


Ingredients:


  • milk - 250 ml
  • greenery - 2 bunches
  • Potatoes - 1 kg
  • eggs - 8 pieces
  • green onions - 4 pieces
  • salt
  • pepper
  • nutmeg - 1 pinch
  • yogurt - 300 g
  • cream cheese - 150 g


preparation:

   To obtain greenery sauce :  Wash and drain well green, finely cut foliage leaves but keep some for decorating plates, finely chop onion. Mix it with cream cheese, yogurt, salt and pepper. Allow 40 minutes to mix the ingredients in the fridge;

   Peel potatoes to peel and boil in cold water, they are almost cooked add salt. Boil 3 minutes then drain water;

   It keeps half the remaining potatoes and pour milk over heated, add the nutmeg, it passes;

   Place the boiled eggs in cold water with plenty of salt and boil 4 minutes from the time water begins to boil, take off the heat, drain the hot water and cool under cold running water until cooled down completely. So will peel easily removed and eggs will have a pleasant and appetizing appearance. Cut eggs in half lengthwise;

   On a plate, place 2 tablespoons of mashed potatoes, eggs, cut lengthwise, green sauce, new potatoes left. Orname puree with greenery leaves.
