Detox Plan - ideal for weekend
Diet consists of a menu to be followed two days in a row. Snacks are not difficult to prepare , and success is guaranteed. For this , we need foods with beneficial effects on the liver , colon and kidney .
Breakfast : prunes, nutmeg and ginger
To prepare the first meal of the day is needed : a half cup of quinoa (found in organic stores ) , one with water , a little nutmeg, a teaspoon of grated ginger , a quarter cup of rice milk , a third cup of chopped prunes and a teaspoon of flax oil . Allow the heat to low , and when the soup is ready, add fresh chopped parsley . Ingredients are for five servings , so stay for the day. Who wants after the soup, you can drink a cup sauerkraut juice .
