Sweetness of figs

Ingredients:


- Figs 1 kg;
- 120 ml of water;
- 1 lemon;
- 1 vanilla essence;
- 600 g sugar;
- 1 stick cinnamon.

Preparation:

    Wash the figs and cut into 4. Sugar is put in boiling water until dissolved. Figs are put in sugar syrup with cinnamon and vanilla, then let boil. When it starts boiling add the 3 tablespoons of lemon juice and lemon peel.
Let it boil for about 30 minutes until the binds sweetness. Pour hot sweetness into jars directly, close tightly and place upside down. Wrap in towels and leave overnight.
