Pimiento peppers cream soup

Ingredients:

- 700 g red pepper
- 1 onion;
- 1 bay leaf;
- 3 tablespoons oil;
- 700 ml vegetable broth;
- 1 teaspoon sugar;
- 1 teaspoon red pepper paste;
- Cress for decoration;
- 4 tomatoes;
- 2 cloves garlic;
- 1 sprig basil;
- 3 tablespoons broth;
- Paprika;
- 4 tablespoons cream;
- Salt and pepper.

preparation:

    Cut peppers in half and bake in a tray with baking paper at 170 C for 15 minutes. When you are ready to peel. Tomatoes put in hot water 5 minutes, then peel. Both peppers, tomatoes and chop them pieces.
Heat oil and fry chopped onion and garlic. Add the bay leaf, chopped basil, peppers, tomatoes, broth and vegetable broth. Let boil about 15 minutes, then remove the bay leaf.
Use blender until vegetables are mashed, add the pepper paste and the remaining spices, then let it simmer for 5 minutes on the fire. Serve with toast, cream and a few leaves of watercress.
