Cake with chocolate and mint

Ingredients:
countertop :
- 6 eggs ;
- 40 ml of water ;
- 3 tablespoons cocoa;
- 1 sachet baking powder ;
- 200 g sugar ;
- 40 ml of oil ;
- 200 gr flour.
syrup :
- Mint syrup ;
- 1 packet butter ;
- 3 tablespoons cocoa;
- 1 teaspoon coffee extract ;
- 500 ml cold water ;
- Powdered sugar ;
- 1 sachet instant coffee ;
- 2 species rum.

PREPARATION:

Dough first prepared: egg yolks rubbed with oil until it turns into a mayonnaise, then add sugar and beat until it melts. It incorporates water. Mix the egg white and then add egg yolks. Add the flour, baking powder and cocoa gradually. Put mixture into a baking tray lined with baking paper and give the preheated oven at 200C for 20 minutes or until toothpick test passes. Remove cake from oven and let it cool.
Meanwhile prepare the filling: Mix butter with powdered sugar (the amount is depending on how sweet you want it), cocoa, coffee extract, soluble coffee sack and type of rum. When cake is cooled, pour the mint syrup dissolved in water, then grease with the cream results. Enjoy!
