Ingredients:
- A scoop of flour
- Two tablespoons of sour cream
- Half a cup of milk
- oil
- Half a tin of mushrooms
- A package of spaghetti
- salt
Preparation:
Choose a not very large pot to boil pasta. Put water in the pot with a little oil and a pinch of salt and let it boil. When it starts to boil, put the spaghetti and mix them to not stick. Let it boil spaghetti until you notice that swelled well. When you are ready, you can remove and you can put in a colander to drain the water.
Now you can start to prepare the sauce quiet! Take a pan put a little oil and the flour. Mix not to make lumps. When you see the flour catch a slightly amber color, add the cream and continue to mix. How will initially be a little thicker sauce, you will thin with milk. Match sauce salt and add the mushrooms, stirring further, then let it simmer mushrooms in sauce on fire a few minutes. The sauce should give the maximum cloclot two or three times and is ready. Thus, you will enjoy a generous portion of spaghetti with white sauce and mushrooms.
