Roulade of chicken with olives

                Ingredients:


  • 1 large chicken breast (about 1 kg);
  • 350 g olives;
  • 150 g grated cheese;
  • 200 g mushrooms;
  • 2 tablespoons margarine;
  • 1 tablespoon basil;
  • 5 small onions;
  • 2 cloves of garlic;
  • 3 carrots;
  • 1 parsnip;
  • salt
  • pepper.

                      Method:

- Washing chicken breast (boneless and skinless) cut in order to obtain a larger area.
- Part of olives (200 g) boil 5 minutes, drain olives, remove pits and chop.
- Total beef sprinkle with pepper and salt, and dispense cheese. Sprinkle chopped basil, and, in the end, chopped olives. It runs preparation and binds with a special attachment. Brush with margarine and place on aluminum foil.
- Onions, garlic, carrots, parsnips, clean, wash and cut into large strips, which arranges on both sides of the cake on aluminum foil. Here we put the mushrooms and olives left whole.
- Aluminium foil is folded in order to obtain a bag that will hang in her perfect cake and vegetables. This bag is placed in a tray, which is inserted in the preheated oven 50 minutes at medium heat.

  Preparation Serve warm, sliced​​, surrounded by vegetables and sauce in the bag.
  Preparation time: 45 minutes plus the time for baking. Servings: 6
