- 1 liter alcohol 90 degrees;
- 1 kg quince;
- 1 kg sugar;
- 4 sachets vanilla sugar;
- 1-2 teaspoons cinnamon.
Preparation:
Wash quinces and cut pieces. Place in 1 liter water to boil until tender, and at the end add cinnamon. Remove quinces and drain the juice through a cheesecloth. Mix juice and sugar alcohol. Place liqueur in bottles and close tightly. Store in pantry, and after 4 weeks liqueur is ready.
Drink up!
