Mushrooms with cream

Romanian chef recommends a delicious recipe, very appreciated.

                   Ingredients: 
  • 500 g fresh mushrooms
  • 50 ml of oil
  • 200 g cream
  • 40 g flour
  • 1 onion
  • 5 wire parsley
  • salt and pepper to taste

                      Method:

Clean the mushrooms and wash in several waters. Slices cut them right. Separately in a pan with high walls put in hot oil, add chopped onion and let it chaise few minutes until it becomes the bottle.
Add mushrooms and salt, then cover with a lid and let the crackdown. From time to time add warm water, about 150 ml (in total).
When you are ready, add flour mixed with a little cold water and cream.
The composition obtained is added to the mushrooms and leave once more to some hot.
Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve with chopped parsley.
