Mini Sandwich with meatballs |
Ingredients:
- 12 large beef meatballs
- 85g cheddar, grated
- 6 small buns
- few tablespoons barbeque sauce
- some onion rings
- some pickled gherkins, sliced
Method:
- Preheat oven to 200 ° C. Place meatballs on a tray and pushing each one with the heel. Put them in the oven 15 minutes until tender, then put some cheddar over each. Put them back in the oven for 20 seconds - 1 minute, until cheese begins to melt.
