INGREDIENTS:- 1 cup coffee maker (very loud)
- 2 tablespoons brandy
- 3 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 1 egg yolk
- 2-3 ice cubes
- 1/2 glass of mineral water
PREPARATION:
Mix yolks with sugar. Pour it over coffee and cognac stirring the contents. Add ice and soda.
It can be on top and whipped cream.
